Ennis area late July 2008

Finally got most of my pics in order from Jess and I's trip to the Ennis area at the end of July this year. The two of us made it a road trip for about 10 days. Being Jess' first fishing trip I tried not to over do it on actual fishing and leave time for some hiking and time in Bozeman and Livingston. We looked at property in Bozeman and hope to get a place there soon to head to for the summers and maybe to live in a few years. We fished $3 Bridge, Palasaides, ******* Creek, the upper stretch between Hebgen and Quake lakes, and floated from Ruby Creek to Varney Bridge. Nancy and Dan Delekta at the Beartooth Flyfishing shop asked us not to share the name of the creek as they don't normally send may people that way. The video below is a nice rainbow that Jess pulled out of ****** Creek after a 3 mile hike with bear spray that Dan loaned us "just in case." The brown above is one I pulled out the day we floated with Dan Morrill from Ruby Creek to Varney Bridge. More to follow...
